How a Bicycle Service Visit Works
Every service starts with an intake and mechanical inspection. We check the current condition of the bicycle, note urgent issues, and separate essential work from optional maintenance so you can review the scope before repairs begin.
Our work covers safety inspection, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and compatibility is checked before anything is ordered.

For tune-up work, the labour is handled as a fixed package after the initial inspection. If extra work becomes necessary, we ask for approval first. Typical turnaround is two to four business days, depending on the bicycle and the required parts.
After the repair and adjustment stage, every bicycle goes through a quality check. When the work is complete, you receive a written service summary that explains what was done and what was adjusted.
